How to download Digital Photos from the store

Thank you so much for your purchase! Your photos are now ready to download. Please follow the steps below carefully based on your device.

📩 STEP 1: OPEN YOUR DOWNLOAD EMAIL

• Check your email inbox for a message from Pixieset  

• Subject line will say something like: “Your download is ready”  

• Open the email and tap the “Download Photos” button  

🌐 STEP 2: OPEN THE DOWNLOAD PAGE

• After tapping the button, a webpage will open  

• You will see your purchased photo  

• Tap the Download button

📌 IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ): FILE NAME

• Each photo you purchased downloads as its own separate file  

• The file name will be the photo number  

  (example: Order-9393729-single-photos)  

👉 If you purchased multiple photos:

• You will download each photo individually  

• They will NOT be combined into one file

📱 IF YOU ARE USING AN iPHONE:

1. Tap Download  

2. Tap Download again if prompted  

👉 To find and save your photo:

1. Open the Files app (blue folder icon)  

2. Tap Browse (bottom right)  

3. Tap Downloads  

4. Look for your file name (example: Order-9393729-single-photos)  

5. Tap the zip and open folder 

6. Tap photo and click share icon (square with arrow)  

7. Tap “Save Image”  

Your photo will now appear in your Photos app.

🤖 IF YOU ARE USING AN ANDROID PHONE:

1. Tap Download  

2. The file will download automatically  

👉 To find your photo:

1. Open My Files / File Manager  

2. Tap Downloads  

3. Look for your file name (example:Order-9393729-single-photos)  

4. Tap to open  

👉 To save to your gallery:

• Tap Move or Save to Gallery

💻 IF YOU ARE USING A COMPUTER:

1. Click Download Photos in your email  

2. Click Download  

3. The file will save to your computer  

👉 To view:

• Open your Downloads folder  

• Click the image file to open  

• Save or move it wherever you’d like

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Each photo is downloaded separately its own ZIP file

• The file name you see is your photo number  

• Photos do NOT automatically go to your camera roll—you must save them from your Downloads folder  

• If nothing happens when you tap download, try opening the link in Google Chrome  .Many clients find Google Chrome the  most convenient option.
